Pengukuran TDS air merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pengecekan fisik air bersih. Pengukuran pH air merupakan upaya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih yang layak untuk digunakan manusia. Berdasarkan hasil studi lapangan dengan melakukan observasi ke tandon air depan Asrama Putri Rumah Sakit Umum Siti Asiyah Bumiayu ditemukan masalah terkait teknis pengecekan kadar pH air dan pengecekan kadar TDS air yang masih manual, dimana petugas Kesehatan Lingkungan harus datang ke tandon air. Untuk itu peneliti merancang dan membangun alat otomatisasi yang mampu menginformasikan melalui whatsapp berupa nilai pH air dan nilai TDS air.
Internet of Things berpartisipasi dalam penggunaan alat otomatisasi pengukuran tds air dan ph air. Internet of Things merupakan teknologi yang membantu pekerjaan manusia dalam mengendalikan atau memonitoring suatu objek dengan melakukan penyimpanan data di cloud.
Terbangunnya alat otomatisasi berbasis Internet of Things terbukti mampu menampilkan output level ph air dengan cara mengetikkan pesan Whatsapp “ph” dan level tds air dengan “tds”. Pengujian Sensor PH menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 77% dan pengujian sensor TDS menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 85%. Dan penggunaan sensor pada objek penelitian menggunakan aplikasi Whatsapp berhasil dilakukan hal tersebut di buktikan dengan melakukan pengukuran pH air hari ke-1 pagi 6,1, siang 5,5, sore 5,7, hari ke-2 pagi 5,8, siang 6,9, sore 5,9, dan TDS air hari ke-1 pagi 546,5, siang 54,2, sore 293, hari ke-2 pagi 453,5, siang 343,1, sore 313,2.

Abstract


Measurement of water TDS is one of the important factors in physical checking of clean water. Measurement of water pH is an effort to meet the need for clean water suitable for human use. Based on the results of field studies by observing the water reservoir in front of the Women’s Dormitory of the Siti Asiyah Bumiayu General Hospital, it was found that there were technical problems in checking water ph levels and checking TDS levels of water which were still manual, where in Environmental Healt officers had to come to the water reservoir. For this reason, researchers designed and built an automation tool that was able to inform via Whatsapp in the form of the ph valuue of water and the water TDS value.
Internet of Things participates in the use of automation tools to measure water TDS and water pH. Internet of Things is a technology that helps human work in controlling or monitoring an object by storing data in the cloud.
The awake of an Internet of Things based automation tool is proven to be able to display the output of the water ph level by typing the Whatsapp message “ph” and the water tds level with “tds”. The PH sensor test resulted in an accuracy value of 77% and the TDS sensor test resulted in an accuracy rate of 85%. And the use of sensors on the object of research using the Whatsapp application was seccessfully carried out, it was proven by measuring the ph of the water on the 1st day in the morning 6,1, midday 5,5, afternoon 5,7, day 2 in the morning 5,8, midday 6,9, afternoon 5,9, and water TDS on the 1st day in the morning 546,5, in the midday 54,2 in the afternoon 293, on the 2nd day in the morning 453,5, in the midday 343,1, in the afternoon 313,2.
